Production Process
Primary IQC in China
When materials arrive our China factory, our QC team will inspect and test the raw material.
Material Warehouse in China
The qualified material will enter our warehouse and stored in appointed offshore shelf.
Material transportation to Oversea Factories
The materials will be shipped to Semarang/Yangon by orders.
Secondary IQC in Oversea Factory
When materials arrive in our offshore factory, our QC team will inspect and test the raw material.
Oversea Material Warehouse
The qualified material will enter our warehouse and stored in appointed offshore shelf.
Cutting
There are 10 units of cutting machine in Myanmar factory, and 5 units of cutting machine in Indonesia factory. Cutting department separate and cut the fabric by contract number, style and color.
Production Line
Myanmar: 17 production lines with 800 workers; Indonesia: 8 production lines with 400 workers. Most of the management team are from our Quanzhou factory, and they have years of experience to ensure the stability of the operation.
Pre-Production Sample & Meeting
For new style, we hold a pre-production meeting and craft a production line PP sample approved by our customer and QA manager, this sample is displaced on the production line for easy reference, alongside with the production line PP meeting record.
Trial Sample for Every Process
We display a standardized trial sample for every process to ensure the consistency and accuracy.
Inline inspection
Factory QCs cross-check the inline products, separating the qualified ones into trolley cart with records. We have one roving QC overseeing every two production lines.
Dehumidification room and record
Finished products are placed in dry room for at least 4 hours before packing.
Packing
Products are packed according to requirement after drying.
Finished Goods Warehouse:
After packing, the products are sent to the finished goods warehouse.
